Overview
VibeWearz ("we", "us", "our") operates this print-on-demand apparel store. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information when you visit our site, create an account, design a custom T-shirt, place an order, or contact support.
It applies to every part of the storefront, including the design customizer and your account area. It does not apply to third-party sites we link to, which have their own policies.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the store. The categories below reflect what the site actually stores today.

Sensitive information
We do not ask for and do not want government identifiers, health information, biometric data, or precise geolocation. Please do not include sensitive personal information in custom designs, reviews, or support messages.
How we use your information
- To create and secure your account, and to keep you signed in across visits.
- To produce, package, and ship the products you order, including sending your design to our print partners.
- To process payments, prevent fraudulent transactions, and handle chargebacks.
- To send transactional messages such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and password resets.
- To provide customer support and process returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- To save your cart, wishlist, saved designs, and display preferences between visits.
- To understand which products and pages perform well so we can improve the store.
- To send marketing emails when you have opted in — you can unsubscribe from any of them at any time.
- To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to enforce our Terms of Service.

When we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our instructions, and only as much as their job requires.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Cookies and local storage
We use a small number of cookies for sign-in and security, and your browser's local storage to remember your cart, wishlist, in-progress designs, and light or dark theme. Our Cookie Policy lists each one, what it does, and how long it lasts.

How we protect it
- All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS, and data is encrypted at rest by our hosting provider.
- Row-level security in our database means your orders, addresses, and saved payment methods can only be read by your own authenticated session.
- Passwords are stored as salted hashes and are never visible to us or to our staff.
- Access to production systems is limited to the people who need it and is reviewed regularly.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant regulator within the timeframes the law requires.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your account and the personal information associated with it, subject to records we must retain by law.
- Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, including profiling for marketing.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that already took place.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not do either, but the right stands.
- Be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
You can update your profile, addresses, and saved payment methods directly in your account. For anything else, email privacy@vibewearz.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
We operate globally, so your information may be processed in a country other than your own — including the United States. Where we transfer data out of the UK or EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, together with additional safeguards where they are needed.
Children's privacy
Our store is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and we will give prominent notice — by email or an on-site banner — before any material change takes effect.
