Terms of Service

By accessing VibeWearz, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

• You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to create an account or place an order.
• The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, that are used fraudulently, or that we are required to close by law.

• Product previews and mockups are generated illustrations. Colors vary between screens, and the printed result may differ slightly in shade, placement, and scale.
• Garment measurements are approximate and can vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.
• All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes and delivery unless stated otherwise.
• Customization surcharges are calculated from the elements in your design and are shown before you pay.
• We may change prices, promotions, and product availability at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.
• If an item is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before it ships.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send your order confirmation. We may decline an order because of stock, a suspected fraudulent payment, a delivery address we cannot serve, or content that breaches these terms.

• Payment is taken in full at checkout. We never receive or store your full card number.
• You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
• Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is added at checkout where required.
• Import duties and customs charges on international orders are your responsibility.

You keep all rights in the artwork, text, and images you add in the customizer. By submitting a design, you grant us and our print partners a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce and modify it strictly as needed to produce, package, ship, and support your order.

You confirm that you own your design or have permission to use it, and that it does not:

• Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights.
• Contain hate speech, harassment, threats, or incitement to violence.
• Depict sexually explicit material or exploit minors in any way.
• Promote illegal activity, or counterfeit or restricted goods.
• Impersonate a real person or organization, or falsely suggest an endorsement.

• Items are made to order. Production typically takes 2 to 4 business days before your parcel is dispatched.
• Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days and starts at $4.99. It is free on orders over $75.
• Express shipping takes 1 to 3 business days and can be selected at checkout.
• Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, see our Refund Policy.
• Delivery to an incorrect address supplied by you is not our responsibility, though we will always try to help.

Stock items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Custom designs are final sale once production begins, except where the item is defective, damaged, or does not match the design you approved. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right to cancel that applies in your country.

When using the store, you agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site or its imagery without our written permission.
• Interfere with the site's operation, probe it for vulnerabilities, or bypass access controls.
• Resell or commercially exploit the customizer or any part of the site.
• Use another person's account, or create accounts by automated means.
• Post reviews that are fake, paid for, or written about products you have not bought.

The VibeWearz name, logo, site design, copy, stock graphics, and template artwork are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property law. Buying a product does not transfer any rights in them. You may not use our branding without written permission.

By posting a review, photo, or other content, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and reproduce it in connection with the store and its promotion. You remain responsible for what you post, and we may remove content that breaches these terms.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or any third-party rights infringed by a design or other content you submit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VibeWearz is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at support@vibewearz.com so we can try to resolve the issue directly — most disputes are settled that way. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.

We may update these terms as the store evolves. The revision date at the top of this page shows the current version, and material changes will be announced before they take effect. Continuing to use the store after that point means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using the store and close your account at any time.
